Job Summary
Direct management of Hospital Territory Managers (sales representatives).
Essential Functions
Maintain a positive attitude
Control discounts and expenses to contribute positively to ZOLL's profitability
Hire, educate, retain and promote talented sales people
Foster a team environment within your Region
Communicate, implement, and monitor the Hospital Strategic Plan
Develop Territory Managers through coaching and positive reinforcement
Spend an average of three days per week working in the field with your TM's
Set expectations for the Territory Managers and insect what you expect
Know, manage, and update your regional book of business to ensure quota achievement by all Territory Managers that report to you
Provide timely, accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com and all other required paperwork
Become a company expert and resource on both ZOLL and competitive products
Master both Customers Oriented and Strategic Selling skills
Responsible for field reinforcement of products and positioning strategy
Lead by example, motivate and inspire your team
Communicate openly and share information with others
Analyze and report on trends that you observe within your Region
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
University degree preferred
5 - 10+ years of related sales experience or ZOLL experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive products
Strategic and customer-oriented selling skills
Professional and ethical behavior and character
Organizational/Territory Time Management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic technical and clinical knowledge to speak competently about ZOLL products
Intermediate computer skill
Physical Demands
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Salary for this position is $110K Base salary annually, with a variable of $210K. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
