Job Summary

Lead the service contracts Inside Sales Representatives to increase service revenue through service contracts. Work with service marketing and team to create new opportunities for revenue growth.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee all Service functions related to Service sales of Extended Warranty and Preventative Maintenance

  • Work with Bids and Contracts department to provide information to complete bids

  • Provides mentoring, assist in career development, coordinate training, and create and deliver performance reviews

  • Monitors the Service Contracts Inside Sales team performance and sales goals and employee productivity and provide direction, coaching and constructive feedback

  • Customer focused to understand customer’s needs for new Service program development

  • Work with Service Marketing team to create and promote new and innovative Service revenue programs and new generating opportunities

  • Executes Customer presentations on service solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations

  • Provides management with monthly metrics, quarterly and yearly service sales forecast

  • Support international ZOLL subsidiary offices with initiatives and mentorship to grow ZOLL Service revenue globally

  • Works with Service Finance to forecast revenue, and develop Service Sales margins, discount and commissions

  • Execute on other Service tasks and assume additional responsibilities as necessary


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 5-7 years equivalent of experience as sales required

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing a team preferably in sales required

  • 5 years’ experience in a related field preferred

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills

  • Creative strategic sales’ mindset and experience in closing strategic deals

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate sales team, achieve goals, and increase revenue

  • Demonstrated ability of good decision-making skills across sales, business, and interpersonal situations

  • Data sales driven with proven ability to develop and maintain sales metrics

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Strong cross functional/cross disciplinary partnership behavior with positive attitude to nurture and drive a good work culture within Service

  • Proficient with computer software applications; ERP systems experience preferably Oracle, CRM Database experience preferably SalesForce.com, Excel and Access
