The  V&V Engineer will Lead verification and validation efforts for new products and components of Itamar products in R&D team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Takes part in supporting products development throughout product life cycle.
  • R&D support with System and HW testing (Mechanics, Embedded, Electronics, SW, etc.).
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured V&V test plans.
  • Executing test plans and creating V&V test reports.
  • Being involved in the reliability and integration tests for products in development stage.
  • Lead the V&V test plans and reports for production tools (SW tools, Jigs, Simulators).
  • Define and execute usability validation test protocols.

Essential Job Functions:

Verify and validate a software or a system with automated, manual, performance, and other tests.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or similar equivalent degree.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with V&V processes for multidisciplinary products.
  • Experience with R&D design processes in the medical device industry.
  • Experience in System level V&V tasks and methodologies including planning, writing & executing test plans and protocols.
  • Knowledge in define requirements and design of test tools and jigs.
  • Excellent English language is required (both verbal and written communication).
