This role is a key supporting position for the UK Region. This position is responsible for maintaining and coordinating our WatchPAT Direct fully managed service, provided to NHS hospitals and private practices across England.
You will be working in a tightly knit team to provide customer service to clinical staff and patients, delivering the WatchPAT devices for home sleep apnea tests.

  • Successfully enter/process new patient information in our internal systems, courier systems and in Salesforce.

  • Upload completed sleep studies to the system.

  • Track and maintain deliveries to and from patients.

  • Initiate and answer general phone or email inquiries from patients or sleep clinics. 

  • Assist customers via phone with the process of using the device.

  • Attending to various other administrative tasks as may be required.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service.

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively and always maintain professional conduct.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.

  • Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette.

  • Must have ability to enter data accurately.

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping – an advantage.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English ​ – a must

  • Additional languages – an advantage.
