Job Summary
Work in Finance and in conjunction with Sales to calculate and prepare North American Commissions for the Resuscitation business.  Support senior commission analyst in commission process.  Take lead on commission process for one to two market groups.

Essential Functions

  • Calculate and prepare commissions for North American sales force

  • Support Sr. Commissions Analyst in monthly commission activities

  • Train new sales representatives on understanding the commission statements

  • Communicate with sales representatives to answer any questions on their individual commission as required

  • Supply quarterly reporting to sales management

  • Participate in annual review of commission process and update of plans


Skills Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic

  • Experience with commission application

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

Business Degree or equivalent with demonstrated experience in commissions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

  • Good understanding of MS Office and reporting

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong work ethic
