Job Summary:

In this role, you are primarily responsible for receiving incoming goods, inspection and put away management, picking/packing and shipping out to end customers.


Essential Functions

    • Location: UK / CE / SE
    • Reporting to: Supplychain/Warehouse Manager
    • Support centre of operational excellence
    • Manage warehouse functions to procedure and liaise with sites and offices and liaise with 3PLs / couriers / carriers
    • Receive, check, label and store incoming goods;
    • Process incoming shipments using warehouse management computer system;
    • Assist in all aspects of stock administration;
    • Assist in the quarterly stock counts;
    • Maintain the warehouse area;
    • Pick, pack, label and ship outgoing orders through the warehouse management system;
    • Assist the Logistics Assistant as and when required;
    • Follow-up on urgent orders to end-customers when required;
    • Printing pick slips:
    • Assist with Inventory management duties and ordering as directed.

    Required/Preferred Education and Experience

      • Basic educational qualifications or degrees
      • PC literate: Good MS-Office & Oracle skills
