Job Summary

Responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of communication and cross functional support between Service and Operations. Control all internal Service material schedules and planning activities.

Essential Functions

  • Manage activities related to Service materials.
  • Ensure the best possible practices are utilized to support Service Depot and ZOLL's customers.
  • Assist in developing Service's budget and forecasting as it relates to procurement along with transferring Service asset and materials.
  • Monitor RX inventory, schedule Upgrade group and monitoring throughout to ensure requirements are met to support external programs. Identify opportunities to reduce material and labor cost.
  • Train and supervise the planning Coordinator on all aspects of the position.
  • Establish and maintain a useful working inventory for Service and external Depots.
  • Report and maintain metrics/goals on performance, input/output, services requirements, Service COGS and other related activities, report monthly to management.
  • Escalate material concerns to management.
  • Responsible for maintaining Service's inventory planning system.
  • Drive Inventory by monitoring active for current items, develop plan on unplanned or excess and slow-moving material. Ensuring retention of end-of-life items. Monitor product life cycle and provide support to ensure Service requirements are managed.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as necessary.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. preferred
  • APICS Certification or equivalent. Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent with computer applications such as word processing, Excel spreadsheets
