Engineering Co-op - Electrical (Fall Semester)

NOTE: This position is a 3+ month role with multiple starting options.

 

Job Summary:

Working under the direction of Electrical Engineers, the Electrical Engineering Co-op will complete design and testing activities on new products and modifications to existing products.

 

Essential Functions:

• Create new designs and modifications of existing designs

• Develop and document text fixturing

• Create and execute product testing plans to verify new or modified product designs

• Create prototypes to support design and test efforts

 

Skill Requirements:

• Training and basic understanding of electrical circuits and theory

• Experience building, soldering, and testing electrical/electronic circuits a plus

• Must work well with others

 

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

• This position Requires a High School Diploma and active enrollment in the co-operative education program of an accredited university pursuing an electrical engineering degree.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
