Job Summary: As a Contract Coordinator, you will perform contract activities for the Contracts Department at ZOLL to assist with the administration of Distributor, GPO and State accounts.

Essential Function

  • Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents
  • Maintain electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management Software.
  • Maintain & coordinate GPO and Distribution membership databases, including proactive eligibility review.
  • Field calls from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding contracts, and pricing issues and information.
  • Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as required
  • Prepare and analyze standard reports and respond to miscellaneous data/report requests.
  • Acts as a liaison between Contracts Department staff, Sales, Legal and other departments as required.
  • Provide support to Supervisor of Contract Negotiations and Manager of Contracts.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for the sales team regarding GPO and distributor contract content and applicability to their customers.
  • Interface with Customer Service, field sales, Risk Management, legal, and others on contract/pricing issues.

Skills Requirements:

  • Contract review experience.
  • Must be confident in ability to work independently after initial training
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills; high level of proficiency with MS Office applications is critical;
  • Knowledge of reporting software (i.e. Access, R&R, Crystal);
  • Recent experience working with Oracle or other similar ERP system
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize projects

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2+ years of contract experience
