Job Summary

The Human Resource Business Partner position provides HR support, including HR administration and data integrity, staffing, employee relations, communications, benefits administration, and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with short and long-term business plans.

This person will report to Director of Human Resources.
 

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, business, organizational development or related field required
  • 5-6 years of progressive experience in HR generalist/HRBP position.
     

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
  • Prior experience with Workday a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment; flexible, supportive and adaptive to changes in direction, priorities and job duties.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Someone who is a quick learner and has a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently but someone who is excited to be a part of a dynamic team.


Preferred Languages

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, English and Hebrew.
