Eric L. Knudsen

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Knudsen was named Chief Executive Officer in 2026 after serving as President of ZOLL Itamar since 2022 and leading ZOLL's Corporate Development efforts - including the company's strategic investments and M&A activities - for six years.

Prior to joining ZOLL in 2013, Mr. Knudsen held leadership positions in Corporate and Business Development, Marketing, and Sales at Covidien (now Medtronic), Aspect Medical Systems, and LeMaitre Vascular. He earned his National EMS Certification and is a licensed EMT in Massachusetts. Mr. Knudsen holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and bachelor's degrees in both Political Science and Communications from Boston College.

Elijah A. White

President, ZOLL Acute Care Technology

Mr. White was named President of the ZOLL Acute Care Technology division in April 2024, after serving as President of ZOLL Resuscitation for more than five years. He joined ZOLL as Vice President of Marketing in 2012 with responsibilities for the global marketing and strategy of the company's resuscitation portfolio. Prior to ZOLL, Mr. White led North American marketing efforts at Haemonetics. Earlier, he held general management and marketing leadership positions at Orthofix and Medtronic cardiology. Mr. White has also served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy and holds an MBA and a B.A. from Harvard University.

Michael G. Blastick

President, ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions

Mr. Blastick joined ZOLL as President of the Cardiac Management Solutions division in April 2024. Prior to joining ZOLL, Mr. Blastick was President of Aesculap, a B. Braun Company. From 2006 to 2021, he worked in a variety of executive roles at Boston Scientific. Mr. Blastick holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University.

Collin Anderson

President, ZOLL Respicardia

Prior to being named President of ZOLL Respicardia in 2022, Mr. Anderson spent four years as Vice President of Marketing and Market Access for Respicardia. In that role, he served as the commercial lead for marketing, reimbursement, medical education, physician training, and sales operations, and led the go-to-market strategy for Respicardia's remedē® System. Prior to joining Respicardia, Mr. Anderson spent 15 years at Boston Scientific in a variety of leadership roles focused on global marketing, strategic and tactical planning, channel strategies, and product management. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a bachelor's degree in engineering from North Dakota State University.

Lynn A. Hersey

Vice President, Corporate Human Resources

Ms. Hersey leads ZOLL's global Human Resources organization, which includes Employee Compensation and Benefits, HR Information Systems, Learning and Development, Employee Communications, and Corporate Events. Before joining ZOLL in 2018, Ms. Hersey served in senior leadership roles in Human Resources at TD Bank; Fidelity Investments; and Cigna, a global healthcare company. She holds a juris doctor degree from the Western New England University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Connecticut.

Craig M. Stowell

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Stowell was named Chief Financial Officer in 2022 after serving as Vice President, Corporate Controller since 2013. He joined the company in 2003, serving in various finance roles, including planning and budgeting, business development, and corporate governance. Prior to ZOLL, Mr. Stowell was employed by Narad Networks, an early-stage technology company. Earlier, he was an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Boston. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and subsequently earned his CPA license.

Jennifer R. Landis

Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy

Ms. Landis is responsible for identifying, assessing, and negotiating opportunities to expand ZOLL's global portfolio of businesses. In this role, she leads ZOLL's early-stage venture investment and M&A activities, as well as ZOLL's short- and long-term growth planning. Prior to joining ZOLL in 2016, Ms. Landis served in leadership positions in corporate development, management consulting, venture capital and public equity direct investing, all with a focus on the medical device industry. She holds an MBA from Babson's Olin School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Emory University.

Nonna Akopyan

Vice President, General Counsel

Ms. Akopyan oversees ZOLL’s Legal, Intellectual Property, Compliance, and Risk Management teams.

Prior to joining ZOLL in March 2026, she served as General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel at Abiomed and served in several senior legal roles at Novo Nordisk.

She holds a J.D. from the Pace University School of Law and a B.A. from Boston University.
