AED 3 – Wireless Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Basics

Older versions of the AED 3 software will display numerical error codes without description, whereas newer versions will provide the error messages below. Should you require a software upgrade kit, or need any additional help troubleshooting your device, please contact ZOLL Technical Support: https://www.zoll.com/contact/customer-service

Additionally, you should not use the “Quick Setup” menu option for Wi-Fi connections that appeared in older software versions. Only use the “IT Setup” to configure Wi-Fi on these devices.
