Protecting Our Employees

ZOLL maintains high safety standards at all office and manufacturing facilities and has implemented comprehensive protocols to protect our employees as we ramp up production of ventilators to aid the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures include, but are not limited to:

  • Reconfiguring manufacturing layout to enhance social distancing of work stations;
  • Implementing work-from-home procedures for non-essential plant personnel and restricting plant access;
  • Staggering start, end, and break times for all shifts;
  • Distributing and requiring the use of masks for all employees and building visitors;
  • Providing extra sanitiser stations and related safety training;
  • Increasing cleaning procedures in all plant areas, with additional concentration on high touch areas and work stations;
  • Implementing traffic flow enhancements to reduce touch points; and
  • Paying full salaries to employees who must stay home and/or are unable to work due to illness symptoms or other factors.
