Respond to your patient's changing ventilation needs with the fabian HFO Light and HFO ventilator. Deliver high-flow oxygen therapy, non-invasive (NIV), and all conventional ventilation modes with both options. The fabian HFO is the first and only neonatal mechanical ventilator integrating Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT) for monitoring lung volume recruitment during ventilation. For those needing high frequency oscillation with active inspiration and active expiration, then the fabian HFO is the model for you. The fabian HFO Light does not include high frequency oscillation.

Keep the focus on your infant patient

The colour-coded TFT display on the fabian HFO and HFO Light ventilator is visible from various angles and lets you see waveforms, numeric data, loops, and vent status.

Lightweight and compact, fabian HFO has an integrated electronic gas blender and built-in battery to help patient transport within the hospital.

Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT)

Our licensed, non-invasive technology helps your team assess an optimally recruited lung.

FOT measures the pulmonary reactance during both HFO and conventional ventilation modes, and allows the clinician to set an appropriate CPAP, PEEP, or MAP for the patient.

Volume guarantee modes

Set tidal volume for your patient, and the fabian HFO will maintain a consistent tidal volume by managing inspiratory pressure based on the patient's compliance and resistance.

Predictive Intelligent Control of Oxygenation (PRICO)

Helps maintain patients within the prescribed SpO2 target range by automating FiO2 adjustments.
