Richard A. Packer
Chairman

Mr. Packer was appointed Chairman of ZOLL® in April 2016, after serving as Chief Executive Officer since 1999, and earlier as the company's President. He previously held the executive positions of Chief Financial Officer, interim Vice President of North American Sales, and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining ZOLL in 1992, he was a Vice President at Whistler Corporation, a consumer electronics company. Mr. Packer holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, as well as an engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. As of April 2016, Mr. Packer also serves as Executive Officer of Asahi Kasei's Health Care Business Unit.

Jonathan A. Rennert
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rennert was named Chief Executive Officer of ZOLL in April 2016. Since joining ZOLL in 2008 as President, he has led the company to become the global leader in external defibrillation, diversified the product portfolio through the addition of transport ventilators and intrathoracic pressure regulation (IPR) therapy, and overseen the establishment of Asahi Kasei ZOLL Medical, ZOLL's Japanese subsidiary. Prior to joining ZOLL, Mr. Rennert led the analytical instruments business at PerkinElmer, Inc., and earlier in his career, held manufacturing and engineering leadership positions with United Technologies and General Electric. Mr. Rennert holds master's degrees in management and mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a bachelor's degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton University.

Elijah A. White
President, ZOLL Resuscitation

Mr. White was named President of the ZOLL Resuscitation division in October 2018. He joined ZOLL as Vice President of Marketing in 2012 with responsibilities for the global marketing and strategy of the company's resuscitation portfolio. Prior to ZOLL, Mr. White led North American marketing efforts at Haemonetics. Earlier, he held general management and marketing leadership positions at Orthofix and Medtronic cardiology. Mr. White has also served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy and holds an MBA and a B.A. from Harvard University.

Christopher Barnabas
President, ZOLL Circulation

Mr. Barnabas was named President of the ZOLL Circulation division, effective April 2022. Having previously served as Vice President of Asia Pacific Operations for Resuscitation, Mr. Barnabas has excelled as a strategic team leader with a talent for establishing strong business relationships. After joining ZOLL in 2011, he quickly became known for finding creative solutions in challenging situations. Prior to joining ZOLL, Mr. Barnabas served as Vice President at Medtronic and as General Manager at B. Braun Medical. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and Administration from Berea College, and received his Asian International Executive certificate from INSEAD.

Alex N. Moghadam
President, ZOLL Data Systems

Mr. Moghadam assumed leadership of the ZOLL Data Systems division team in July 2013 after serving eight years as Vice President of International Operations for ZOLL's core resuscitation business. During this time, he more than doubled the company's global presence and expanded its reach into Japan, China, India, Eastern Europe, and the Nordic region. Prior to joining ZOLL, from 1995 to 2005, Mr. Moghadam held a variety of commercial and operational roles with Thermo Electron (now Thermo Fisher Scientific), which included eight years of overseas assignments in Asia and France. He holds an MBA from DePaul University, a master's degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a bachelor's degree in biology from Loyola University of Chicago.

Collin Anderson
President, ZOLL Respicardia

Prior to being named President of ZOLL Respicardia in 2022, Mr. Anderson spent four years as Vice President of Marketing and Market Access for Respicardia. In that role, he served as the commercial lead for marketing, reimbursement, medical education, physician training, and sales operations, and led the go-to-market strategy for Respicardia’s remedē® System. Prior to joining Respicardia, Mr. Anderson spent 15 years at Boston Scientific in a variety of leadership roles focused on global marketing, strategic and tactical planning, channel strategies, and product management. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from North Dakota State University.

Aaron M. Grossman
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Grossman joined the company as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in October 2011. His legal expertise includes managing all aspects of the legal function, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, employment, corporate governance, intellectual property, and litigation. Prior to ZOLL, he served in a similar capacity at LeMaitre Vascular, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company based in Burlington, Mass., with operations in 15 countries. Earlier, from 1999 to 2002, Mr. Grossman was a Corporate Lawyer at Goulston & Storrs in Boston. He received a bachelor's degree in political science from Vassar College, a master's degree in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.

Craig M. Stowell
Vice President, Corporate Controller

Mr. Stowell was named Vice President, Corporate Controller in December 2013 after serving ZOLL as Assistant Corporate Controller since 2010. He joined the company in 2003, serving in various finance roles, including planning and budgeting, business development, and corporate governance. Prior to ZOLL, Mr. Stowell was employed by Narad Networks, an early-stage technology company. Earlier, he was an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Boston. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and subsequently earned his CPA licence.

Eric L. Knudsen
Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Knudsen has been Vice President of Corporate Development since April 2016 and is responsible for the company's strategic investment and merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining ZOLL as Director of Business Development in 2013, Mr. Knudsen held positions in corporate development, international sales, and marketing with Covidien (now Medtronic), Aspect Medical Systems, and LeMaitre Vascular. Mr. Knudsen holds National EMS Certification and is a licensed EMT in Massachusetts. He received his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor's degree in political science and communications from Boston College.
