The X Series locks setup features behind the Supervisor menu. Only authorized personnel should access the Supervisor menu. To access, follow these steps from the homepage:

1. Press the "More" quick-access key
2. Press the Setup quick access key
3. Select 'Supervisor'

4. Using the on screen keyboard, enter your agency/facility’s supervisor passcode

5. Press ‘SAVE’ (quick-access key on the left) when you are finished
