We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ERP Administrator to support and manage our ERP-Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O) system. 
As an ERP Dynamics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining ang improving our ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and contributing to the success of our organization. 
As part of our IS team, your role will also include interfaces with other applications like Salesforce, Power BI, Oracle PLM and may include responsibility of other features and software.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead application improvements, including developments and implementation, focusing on ERP - Dynamics 365 F&O. This includes managing, gathering, and assessing requirements, designing, testing, and implementing changes.
  • Projects management – Push forward, initiate and lead cross-functional organizational projects.
  • Ongoing support and maintenance of our ERP and other supporting applications
  • Business Processes Streamlining -  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, gather business requirements  and make improvements recommendations (increase efficiency, automation, and integration and more).
  • Perform system testing, quality assurance and proper documentation to ensure the stability and accuracy of the ERP system
  • Regulatory compliance – As a medical company, we need to improve constantly and ensure our processes are compliance with all relevant regulation’s requirements such as medical, privacy, etc.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing user support for the ERP system.

Education and Certifications:

  • BSc / BA - advantage for Industrial Engineering
  • MBA – Advantage
  • Microsoft MB-300 certification – advantag

Position Requirements:

Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ proven experience as hand-on in supporting and implementation of ERP system in an industrial and global company.
  • Experience with writing developments’ design / spec
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX – Advantage
  • Experience in medical device company – advantage
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud or other PLM applications– advantage
  • Power BI or Power Automate experience – Advantage
  • Project management experience – advantage
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration processes between ERP systems and other applications

Computer knowledge:

  • Proficiency in ERP; BI; Bartender; All office application; PLM,
  • SalesForce - advantage

Capabilities:

  • Excellent command of English

  • Strong understanding of business processes in production, supply chain, and finance.
