As a Workday Reporting Expert, you will be the main point of contact for all Workday Reporting, Analytics and Dashboard across our Workday platform. You will collaborate across all 6 of ZOLL’s divisions to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. You will provide a holistic and client-centric approach through reporting, data science, surveys, candidate assessments, KPIs, evaluation, data governance and integrations that complement existing analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights.
This role is eligible for a Remote work arrangement, with on-site collaboration at our Chelmsford MA location as requested.
Essential Functions:
Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand user needs, develop requirements, align on data definitions, and build analytical tools to guide business decisions and support stakeholders’ strategies
Collaborate with process owners to develop custom/new Workday reports and dashboards; keeping standard, enterprise-wide use in mind to achieve maximum efficiencies
Mentor/support Reporting Specialist in Workday reporting as needed
Responsible for evaluating and updating the Workday reporting catalogue to meet business requirements and establishing a program that builds reporting an analytics capability within the HR team
Receive and respond to escalated employee inquiries regarding data, reporting, and dashboards
Support audit and compliance efforts and troubleshoot system and data issues
Responsible for evaluating and updating the Workday reporting catalogue to meet business requirements and establishing a program that builds reporting an analytics capability within the HR team
Create and maintain related calculated fields for reporting and communicate calculated fields needs across areas to avoid redundancy and achieve efficiency
Clearly document the report function and design to facilitate maintenance
Train users on Workday reporting functions and available reports
Support Workday’s biannual releases through impact analysis to changes to Workday’s data model and create reports and dashboards to aid in identification of populations for release testing
Skills and Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Advanced Workday reporting, data/analytic; and visualization including calculated fields and dashboard
3+ years leading a team focused on Workday Reporting and Data management
Ability to balance detail (e.g., tracking nuanced client needs) with thinking strategically and holistically about underlying goals/needs required
Workday PRISM, BIRT, and composite reporting experience
Work well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Good communication skills, with ability to cooperate with Stakeholders at all levels within the business and across different regions
