Territory Manager, Southern China, Public Safety

General Field Sales work includes face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers including: •Selling directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels •Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions •Developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conducting product demonstrations •Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.

Essential Functions:

  • Implementation of strategic plans assigned by company standards.
  • Territory planning, structured calling systems, direct promotion to PAD segments
  • Develop new business, create market demand, conduct market research, organising evaluation of new products.
  • Servicing existing Healthcare personnel and key customers
  • Regular written structured reporting, and completion of sales reporting tools (salesforce.com)
  • Cooperate with business partner to organize and carry out local AED promotion activities and training to improve brand influence in the region
  • Develop and promote large projects in the region, cooperate with BPs to complete bidding and tendering
  • Conducted market research, collected project information, and analysed competitors
  • KOL visit and maintenance, as well as key accounts maintenance

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and maintain channels and customers
  • Complete in government bidding tenders and projects independently
  • Able to reach out to KOL’s, discover customer’s real needs, and provide appropriate solutions in alignment to ZOLL’s company policies
  • Ability to develop innovative cooperation models in sales processes
  • Basic knowledge in the Medical Device industry
  • Strong ethics & professional integrity required
  • Organized, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Key qualities in a salesperson which includes but is not limited to, negotiation, influencing, market knowledge, target driven.
  • Able to handle key-account selling.

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • University Degree or Equivalent
  • More than 5 years working experience in Education / Hotel / Public Infrastructure / Banking / First-Aid Industry
