Sales Manager (m/f/d) Service Contracts

Location: NRW

Travel: 60-70% Central Europe (company car)

Fluency in German and strong English

What you will do:

The Sales Manager (m/f/d) Service is the interface between our sales and technical service teams. Our success is not only based on opening up new sales channels, but also on maintaining and developing our existing customer portfolio. With your technical background and interpersonal skills, you will work closely with Marketing to drive Zoll's presence primarily in Germany, Austria and the Benelux countries.

Key functions

  • Responsible for service contracts and post equipment support in Central Europe
  • Extended warranty for new business: promoting service contracts to customers with factory warranty or expired warranty
  • Training: promoting training courses to eligible customers
  • Coordinates processes, scheduling and billing for technical training and services for customers
  • Attends to customer requirements, meets and exceeds customer satisfaction targets
  • Works closely with other European technical service departments and head office
  • Analyses sales cycles and proposes improvements to enhance customer loyalty

Required qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience in sales, technical service, facility management, fleet management or similar
  • Understanding of service contracts and their value
  • Ability to influence KOLs
  • Excellent presentation skills and a convincing manner
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Salesforce would be an advantage
