Accounts Executive, ASEAN

Position: Account Executive (AR & AP)

Reporting to ASEAN Finance Manager

Current Divisions: CORE Resuscitation Products

Future Divisions: LifeVest, Temperature Management Products, Data Management Products

This position will report to the ASEAN Finance Manager. The Primary role of the Executive within the company is to assist Finance department to monitor and maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables, process monthly staff claims on a regular basis, and also assist ASEAN Finance Manager with local financial statements, audits and variance when necessary.

The job requirements are:

  • Manages Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables – follow up on collections and payments
  • Deliver on time results and services to both external and internal customers
  • Process monthly staff claims
  • Prepare quarterly GST reporting
  • Processing all invoices, expenses request and forms of payment
  • Validation of Purchase Orders to Invoices received
  • Timely completion of all scheduled tasks; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Ensure processes are followed accordance to internal working procedures and instructions
  • Proper and timing filing of all financial data and documentation
  • Assist with Finance Manager with local financial statements, audits and variance as required.
  • Report directly to Finance Manager


  • Diploma holder in Accounting or its equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Oracle experience is preferred
  • Able to work independently and in a team, responsible and positive work attitude
  • Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
