Job Summary:

Responsible to achieve Territory Sales Quotas, manage and develop customer base, control expenses and contribute to ZOLL’s profitability.

Essential Functions:

  • Achieve capital equipment sales and disposable sales quotas as assigned.
  • Responsible for maintaining short range and long term plans for developing sales within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for developing an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet present and future territory sales expectations.
  • Responsible for providing the required in-service education to customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining organized account records, including account profiles.  These account profiles are the property of ZOLL Medical Canada Inc.
  • Responsible for providing various reports as required by management.  These shall include:  Expense and Salesforce.com call Activity reports on a weekly basis.  Forecast monthly and quarterly.  Maintain an accurate electronic Book of Business (eBOB).
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining company provided selling tools such as defibrillator needs analysis, flip charts and ZOLL “War Book”.
  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking demo and evaluation inventory.  In addition, equipment must be maintained and presented in good working manner. 
  • Each Territory Manager is financially responsible for the equipment as assigned to them.
  • Each Territory Manager is responsible for maintaining a home office from which to conduct there business when not traveling or meeting with customers.
  • Each Territory Manager must travel 50%-75% of the time for meetings, distributor trainings, and working territory Zone plans.
  • Must be able to transport and lift demonstration gear up to 25lbs occasionally.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Relevant University or College degree preferred.
