Territory Manager CPR (Hospital)

In this newly created position, you are a member of the German Hospital Sales team with your own (geographical) territory as defined scope of sales activity.  

Working within the Resuscitation Sales team, the CPR Territory Manager role will have responsibility for driving market adoption and uptake of ZOLL’s professional CPR technologies, Code Data Software, Procedural Electrodes and in doing so helping ZOLL become market leader in the Hospital market.

You will support the hospital team initiatives through collaboration with Clinical Support team and Sales Engineering team to drive CPR and Code Data adoption.

In addition, the role functions will include in-service/deployments for small installations. This function will be performed under the management and guidance of the ZOLL Deployment team. Working in line with ZOLL Deployment Team principles you will be required to take responsibility for device installations in the Resuscitation & Code Data area as directed.

The role reports to the Hospital National Sales Manager, with a dotted line from Deployment Management.



  • Achieve and exceed CPR electrode, IPR & AutoPulse order budgets
  • Develop, drive and execute adequate pipeline to meet territory sales expectations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with KOLs and key influencing groups to drive CPR uptake in the territory
  • Work in close partnership with Hospital Sales team and Clinical team to ensure strong execution in the field of key programmes to drive CPR electrode and IPR uptake
  • Pro-active support of sales teams for building and managing SFDC pipelines
  • Work in alignment with Data Engineering team to upsell the ZOLL data products into hospital accounts; and follow progress in post-sale environment.
  • Working closely with the clinical support department this person will support/drive our ZOLL Clinical Programs that will drive the CPR update.
  • Working with ZOLL Deployment team, responsible for smaller installations within the Resuscitation & Code Data.
  • Under guidance of Deployment team, manage all allocated deployment tasks
  • Training of medical personnel in accordance with MPG in the safe handling of customs products in all clinical areas (especially intensive care units, emergency rooms and functional departments)
  • Documentation of the Sales and Deployment activities managed in Sales Force
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Responsible for maintaining short range and long term plans for developing sales within the assigned territory. These plans include: annual business plan and strategic selling analysis
  • Organizational/Territory Time Management skills
  • Strategic and customer oriented selling skills
  • Proven knowledge of MPG/MDR and guidelines for resuscitation of children and adults (
  • Ability to communicate technical & nontechnical facts to the targeted audience is required.
  • Knowledge/experience ZOLL products is highly preferred.
  • Verbal & written communications (English & German) at all levels of organization and customers are required.
  • Candidate must be professional and ethical
  • Readiness for professional development and continuous training (especially in the areas of emergency and acute medicine)Physical and mental resilience
  • Ability to travel within your territory (approx. 75%)


  • Sound medical background with appropriate degree, ideally a (registered nurse/EMS is preferred) with training in the areas of anesthesia & intensive medicine, emergency care and/or intensive care (patients)
  • Mentoring, teaching, or training experience is preferred
  • Experience in dealing with ZOLL products is preferred
  • Class B driving license
  • Secure handling of PC/notebook (Microsoft Office applications, apps etc.) and digital media (e.g. e-learning formats, CRM tools)
  • Degree level education
