Job Summary:

Coordinates and implements market activities for the Hospital market in North America. Works closely with the NA Marketing team, sales teams, product management, and other groups as needed to execute key strategies in the hospital environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide sales support to the NA Hospital sales team
  • Interfaces with sales, marketing and training to ensure successful execution of marketing activities
  • Manages sales resource tools, to include the development and optimization of these tools
  • Manage coordination of training webinars, online learning opportunities and CE programs for the Hospital market
  • Produces monthly reports on key Hospital marketing metrics
  • Manage coordination of regional and national trade shows and organize engagement activities in coordination with the broader marketing team
  • Supports other communication channels and initiatives
  • Collects, maintains, and provides sales team with competitive and technical data on a timely basis
  • Conduct and analyze market research and program metrics
  • Assist with inquiries about products or services
  • Other duties defined by the Hospital Marketing Manager that are consistent with ZOLL’s goals, objectives and interests

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or College equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred. Preferable in medical device industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Salesforce software experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills and results orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
