Responsible for providing clinical support to assist ZOLL Cardiac Diagnostics meet their mission and goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as first point of contact/coordination for Physicians and Sales Managers as it applies to Cardiac Diagnostics
  • Contacts patients for monitoring compliance
  • Document notes in patient accounts
  • Assists the Business Analyst with Compliance Reporting
  • Responsible for the AMS/HFAMS Patch management and follow-up with patient devices that develop poor performance
  • Is the liaison between Clinical Ops and the Cardiac Diagnostics Unit for all study patients and requirements.
  • Assist with the generation of reports on an as needed basis
  • Performs daily Device Health Checks on all Field and Study units 
  • Delivers reports to Physicians as requested
  • Reconciles device inventory in Physician offices and coordinates with Account Managers
  • Acts as a liaison between internal and external customers
  • Meets productivity goal metrics
  • Enter all newly enrolled physicians, physician’s staff requested and physician practices into LVN for access.
  • All other duties as assigned by management


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Previous customer service experience required (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and acumen
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Empathy for direct patient contact

Working conditions

This position is generally performed in a typical office environment that is usually quiet.  Employee is expected to work collaboratively with team members, as well as able to work independently with limited supervision.  Work will require significant computer and telephone work.

Physical requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
