Trade/Distribution Marketing Manager, Public Safety/AEDs – EMEA & LATAM

Locations: Netherlands; Remote


The EMEA Distribution Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the channel marketing strategy, planning and measurement of joint go-to-market activities with ZOLL’s EMEA & LATAM Distribution network. You will cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders and marketing counterparts to develop marketing plans and programs that positively influence leads, pipeline and revenue.

In this role you will oversee and manage annual planning with top tier distribution partners, day-to-day communications with the channels and drive regional marketing programs, promotions and campaigns to accelerate AED growth and public adoption.

This role requires a dynamic, well-rounded marketing manager with proven experience in distribution.


  • Develop influential relationships with sales, distribution partners and cross-functional marketing management and peers.
  • Drive territory wide innovative distribution partner co-marketing strategies and programs to drive business expansion and growth.
  • Create an overall annual channel marketing strategy and plan along with a rolling 12-month partner communications calendar and roadmap.
  • Direct and manage all marketing-to-marketing activities between ZOLL and assigned top tier strategic distribution partners.
  • Establish clear KPI's and reporting processes for all channel marketing programs; to develop holistic dashboards to report back to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Lead and support strategy and execution of joint marketing campaigns and tactics including partner lead gen programs, events and promotions.
  • Execute multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require balancing trade-offs and high-speed tactical execution.
  • Work cross functionally with corporate, marketing communications and product marketing teams to develop and support content and education around the ZOLL brand, product benefits and differentiators.
  • As a senior member of the marketing team, be an expert collaborator and owner of the regional channel marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global constituents to align on channel marketing goals, plans and activities to foster learning and best practices throughout the globe.


  • Proven, hands on experience and understanding working with B2B distribution, channel marketing programs, promotions and co-branded marketing activities.
  • Experience building, managing and motivating a small team.
  • Highly motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm and passion for fostering internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence peers and management.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organisational, negotiation and project management skills
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong cultural awareness with experience of working internationally required.
  • Strong team player, proven ability in leading and working effectively cross functionally.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and fluency preferred at minimum with one other major European language.
  • Continuous improvement mentality.


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years marketing experience; working with distribution channels in a high tech B2B product.
  • Up to 40% annually within priority countries throughout the region.
