Responsible for staffing and recruiting full time and part time personnel for non-exempt and exempt staffing. Maintain applicant tracking system to appropriately track staffing procedures.


In This Role, You Will


  • Recruit and staff individuals for non-exempt, exempt and temporary positions
  • Assist and consult managers with their recruiting and staffing Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications; meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Maintain, update and promote career development within the organization by utilizing internal job posting system, external websites
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits;
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Establish interview schedules with managers and other members of ZOLL as necessary, coordinate travel accommodations for candidates when necessary
  • Maintains applicant tracking system by reviewing / processing resumes and requisition information; routing or rejecting resumes; maintaining applicant candidacy via the Applicant Tracking System
  • Prepare offer letters and extend offers to potential hires.
  • Reporting as needed



  • Effective working knowledge of recruiting within an OFCCP environment, employment law, HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes
  • Mix of Agency and Corporate experience highly preferred but not required
  • 3+ yrs experience hiring Exempt and Non-exempt staff highly preferred
  • Ability to work across any job function
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
  • Self-motivation, organized and professional
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective Time Management skills to be able to juggle multiple deadlines and various needs of ZOLL's internal customers
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting in talent management or related HR function
