This position supports the Resuscitation EMS business in Europe and reports to the International Director of EMS Marketing. The senior marketing manager has the responsibility to implement strategies that grow the EMS business across all major product lines including, but not limited to, defibrillator/monitors, AEDs, ventilators, CPR technologies, data products, consumables and service.

Responsibilities, essential functions:

  • Develop and execute positioning, marketing and messaging for Europe that aligns with global marketing strategies and sales objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including KOLs, sales leadership and product management.
  • Coordinate market-specific activities for product introductions and strategic programs.
  • Work closely with Marcom team to ensure marketing programs and collateral maximize their impact and the ZOLL brand in the covered markets; create unique tools where required.
  • Plan and conduct strategic marketing events including, but not limited to, tradeshows, educational seminars and customer events.
  • Serve as a product and market expert as it relates to both ZOLL and competitors.
  • Identify and develop reference sites and KOLs
  • Other duties as assigned, consistent with the company’s goals, objectives and interests

Qualifications/Skills Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Marketing Management experience is required
  • Language:  English is a must (1 or 2 European language is highly preferred)
  • Must have ability to influence all decision makers, customers (internal & external) and leadership
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent organization, negotiation and people skills.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Results driven

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related, or clinical, program.
