Marketing Specialist, (EMS Distribution) – EMEAR & LATAM

Locations: Netherlands; Remote; Italy

LOCATION:  CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN “France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Germany or Netherlands”

LANGUAGE:  English is a MUST with a 2nd language (French, Spanish, Portuguese or Polish )



This role coordinates and manages market engagement through the development and implementation of tools and projects for product lines in the field of  Emergency Medical Services (EMS) including, but not limited to, monitor/defibrillators, CPR/Circulation, clinical/QA information products sold into private, public, military and hospital-based EMS services. This person can be located in in Italy, France, Spain, Poland or the Netherlands and will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for EMS EMEA & LATAM.

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with the EMS Team and Business Partners to manage and execute defined marketing strategies and programs.

  • Collaborate with other ZOLL marketing teams, across segments and regions, to identify marketing initiatives applicable to EMS international indirect space.

  • Collaborate with Business Partners Marketing teams to ensure marketing initiatives are deployed in their particular territory

  • Support the organization of events and conduct participant engagement activities at international tradeshows in coordination with EMS Segment Marketing Manager and Hospital Marketing Manager counterpart, and Business Partners

  • Responsible for contributing to and executing EMS segment social media strategies.

  • Contribute to, implement and maintain eLearning programs for the EMS segment.

  • Organize educational seminars for the EMS segment.

  • Organize and conduct market research activities such as surveys, focus group.

  • Collect and maintain an up to date library of competitive product information.

  • Follow a performance driven approach that allows evaluation of the impact of the different initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned, consistent with the company's goals, objectives and interests.


  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing role (with support and tradeshow contributions)
  • Experience in presentation to internal / external customers.
  • Strong Analytical background
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and handle multiple parallel projects.
  • Must be organized, rational and negation
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Ability to influence across business partners (Channel / Distribution)
  • Experience using Microsoft application such as (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience in CRM (Salesforce) or other Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Strong command of the English. additional main language of the territory (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish) is a plus

Required/Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business or related field.
