Territory Manager, Northern China, Public Safety

Essential Functions:

  • Implementation of strategic plans assigned by company standards.
  • Territory planning, structured calling systems, direct promotion to PAD segments.
  • Develop new business, create market demand, conduct market research, organising evaluation of new products.
  • Servicing existing Healthcare personnel and key customers
  • Regular written structured reporting, and completion of sales reporting tools (salesforce.com)
  • Cooperate with business partner to organize and carry out local AED promotion activities and training to improve brand influence in the region;
  • Develop and promote large projects in the region, cooperate with BPs to complete bidding and tendering;
  • Conducted market research, collected project information, and analyzed competitors;
  • KOL visit and maintenance, as well as key accounts maintenance;

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • At least 1.5 years sales working experience, bachelor degree or above
  • Experience in AED sales and marketing is preferred, familiar with public safety field or have industrial resources (such as government, enterprises, tourism, transportation, education, etc.) that is preferred, familiar with bidding process is preferred;
  • Have business experience and resources in education, government, industrial products, community, pension and other related fields
  • Strong ability of project development and project control
  • Self-motivated, proactive and enterprising;Have ideas, strong learning ability and team spirit;
  • Be willing to travel to a certain extent;
