Job Summary

As the Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Integration, you’ll be responsible for successful client-facing implementations of ZOLL’s suite of healthcare software solutions. You will?plan, schedule, and coordinate the efforts of ZOLL’s Implementation team and other internal and client resources as necessary to meet schedule requirements and client satisfaction goals on each project. ? As a secondary aspect, ZOLL’s Project Management Office also manages various projects internal to the ZOLL organization.?

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects over the project lifespan (initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closure), ensuring successful acceptance and closure of each project 
  • Travel to client sites (local, national, and international) to attend and conduct project kick-off, status, planning, technical requirement gathering, and project closure meetings as necessary
  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
  • Plan, maintain, and manage the project plan and associated components including, meetings, conference calls, agendas, meeting notes, project plans and schedules
  • Provide management oversight for each project and communicate the project schedule to internal and client project teams and resources 
  • Track and report project milestones and provide accurate, translatable, and useful metrics/reporting on performance and progress
  • Coordinate the support, development, testing, deployment, and simplification of integrated operational systems
  • Develop internal and external relationships and manage client expectations throughout the project duration and act as a liaison between internal and external team members
  • Manage contracts to assure compliance and proactively identify and mitigate risk 
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and accounting relating to each project assigned, as appropriate 
  • Use best practices and tools for execution of business systems and integration projects and lead initiatives to streamline, simplify and optimize integrated systems and processes.
  • Continuously engage in self and professional improvement training utilizing both internal and external training tools and classes
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+?years of external client-facing system integration and implementation experience
  • Understanding of data exchange among platforms
  • PMP Certification with in-depth knowledge of PMI concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience with industry standard organizational and project management tools including SharePoint, TaskRay, Salesforce, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail orientated and organized, able to manage and prioritize numerous activities within time constraints and deadlines 
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions 
  • Ability to successfully forge relationships and negotiate successfully with clients and vendors 
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with excellent professional presence 
  • Solid business acumen with a proactive approach to continuous process improvement
  • Proven leadership abilities, self-motivated to work independently, but will work under the direct supervision of the Sr. Manager of Customer Implementation
  • Understanding of and adherence to internal accounting and security requirements, HIPAA, and revenue recognition standards
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience managing projects in a hospital or healthcare setting, working closely with c-suite/hospital leadership
  • Knowledge of Public Safety, Fire, and Emergency Management Services markets and related enterprise software applications
  • Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS) certification or Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) certification

 

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
