Job Summary:

The Deployment and Ventilation Specialist is responsible for supporting the EMEA- EMS and Hospital Sales Teams by providing world-class training and deployment of ZOLLs Resuscitation products, focusing on ventilation.  Reports to International Deployment Manager

Essential Functions

  • Create customized product Training Programs for ZOLL Customers

  • Perform product ‘Train the Trainer’ education for customers

  • Conduct product End User Training

  • Participate in, product related, Sales Training for new Territory Managers

  • Act as ZOLL Liaison for all product training requirements during initial process

  • Create, plan and execute customer hand off to ZOLL Support

  • Ability to Travel to Customer Sites.  Estimated 75%

  • Participate in Marketing Feedback for continuous product enhancement

  • Ability to recognize and escalate any potential issues to internal teams

  • Ability to work on own, as well as part of a wider team

Skill Requirements:

  • EMS and/or Hospital based experience. Manual ventilation experience and understanding is essential.

  • Clinical training experience, ideally at Instructor/Coordinator level.

  • ALS/APLS/ACLS Provider

  • Fluent in English.  Other European Language would be an advantage 

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Advanced/Critical Care Paramedic, Anesthetics/ITU Nurse, ODP or Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting.

  • BA/BS Degree or 5 years relevant work experience
