We are looking for technical support specialists to provide exemplary customer service and software application support to customers with a wide variety of technical aptitude. A positive attitude and an aptitude for troubleshooting along with a passion for learning is a must in this fast-paced environment.

Local candidates are preferred, but US based remote candidates will be considered.  This position will have on-call rotation responsibilities.  


Responsibilities

  • Creation and resolution of Support tickets via phone, email, and web
  • Interactively work with customers through the process of clarifying the problem, identifying the cause, and providing a solution
  • Grow your knowledge of our products and general technical abilities through training and practical experience
  • Respond in a timely fashion to all customer inquiries, setting expectations and following up
  • Assist in expanding existing knowledge base by creating internal and customer facing knowledge articles
  • Provide the best possible customer service to all customers in every situation
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

Successful candidates will have access to training on our applications and their use and on-the-job training to continue to grow your skill set.  We have an informal environment that allows for fun team comradery and relationship building.

 


Qualifications

  • Technical level of knowledge normally acquired through a BS or BA level program or related area; or comparable work experience and college level courses and/or certificates.  Must have 2-4 years of previous experience.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Windows environment (advanced certification desirable).  Must be demonstrate competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, Fire Fighter, or Emergency Dispatch experience is highly desired.
