Business Development Manager - West India

Purpose of the Job

To achieve sales targets and KPIs assigned within a designated territory.

Job Dimension (Scope)

  • Implementation of strategic plans assigned by company standards.
  • Territory planning, structured calling systems, direct promotion to Public Safety/Hospital/EMS segments.
  • Develop new business, create market demand, conduct market research, organising evaluation of new products.
  • Servicing existing personnel and key customers
  • Regular written structured reporting, and completion of sales reporting tools (salesforce.com)

Job Requirements

Education & Knowledge (Skills, competencies & languages)

  • Tertiary qualifications- preferably in a medical/ business/scientific field.
  • Business/Sales experience in the Healthcare industry is required.

Experience (Type, & years)

Minimum 3-5 years business experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably in the capital equipment segment.
