Responsibilities

Oversee all marketing related activities for the company’s business, create market and customer demand, and develop market strategies to drive sales for ZOLL’s Automated External Defibrillators in Asia Pacific.

 

Job Dimension (Scope)

  • Be attuned to the development of the market in APAC: market landscape, competitive landscape & updates and customers development
  • Be involved in the formulation and execution of regional marketing plan (strategic imperatives, growth drivers & key programs)
  • Drive marketing concepts to both internal and external team members (distributors)
  • Oversee development of activities related to professional marketing, including KOL management, expert meetings/conferences, advisory board management, speakers/trainer’s management, (clinical) newsletter etc.
  • Develop new product launch plans and oversee the successful implementation and execution of product launches throughout APAC region
  • Monitor new products i.e., sales (revenues, units), sales growth, market share and margins
  • Prepare and adapt marketing materials and ensure that the materials are available for distribution in accordance with the company’s cycle action plan
  • Understanding of competitive landscape, gathering of market intelligence and data for analysis and strategy formulation

Qualifications

Education & Knowledge (Skills, competencies & languages)

Tertiary qualifications- preferably in a business, communication.

Marcom, Multi Media experience, with ability to lobby for government legislation, funding, and media coverage of key events would be an advantage.

Sales and Marketing experience in Medical Equipment and Device industry.

Flexibility to deal in different cultural settings

Self-Starter, results-oriented, self-driven and Initiative for effective networking with colleagues

Regular contact / working with KOLs and the ability to influence others

 

Experience (Type, & years)

Min.10 years of experience in a well-established multinational company

  • APAC experience in medical industry
  • Regional exposure to Marcom and Multi-media initiatives
  • Basic knowledge in entire product management
