Job Summary:

Manage the daily activities of the collections staff and the accounts receivable coordinator.  Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to measure department collection performance.  Monitor and assist domestic subsidiaries.  Coordinate Federal Government collection activity.  Assist with quarterly and annual audits of A/R.  Coordinate bad debt and SRA analyses.  Participate in HOOP training.  Adhere to professionalism, accuracy and integrity.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage, train and prioritize daily collection activities of department
  • A/R for Federal Government
  • Quarterly/Monthly reporting
  • Oversee subsidiaries, excluding international
  • Daily tasks as needed, i.e. Cover for A/R Coordinator

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, preferably Oracle
  • Proven track record of leadership skills

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years collections experience, preferably with medical equipment
  • 3+ years management experience
