Job Summary:

As part of the Finance team, works in conjunction with Sales to calculate and prepare North American Commissions for the Resuscitation business.  Support senior commission analyst in commission process.  Take lead on commission process for one to two market groups.

Essential Functions:

  • Calculate and prepare commissions for North American sales force
  • Support Commissions Analyst for other market groups
  • Work with IT to distribute commission statements via e-mail monthly
  • Train new sales representatives on understanding the commission statements they receive
  • Communicate with sales representatives to answer any questions on their individual commission as required
  • Create Rep numbers and territories for new sales representatives and maintain for existing employees
  • Supply quarterly reporting to sales management
  • Participate in annual review of commission process and plans
  • Special projects or tasks as assigned.

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of MS Office and reporting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Business Degree or equivalent experience in commissions
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with commission application
  • Xactly experience is a plus
