Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Part Time

Location: Chelmsford, MA


Job Summary:

Coordinate cash application of all checks, incoming wire transfers, EFT, and credit card payments to appropriate accounts receivable or general ledger accounts.  Manage the review and mailing of invoices.  Provide audit documentation.  Support the collections group. 

Essential Functions:

  • Cash application to appropriate accounts
  • Process credit card payments
  • Review and mail invoices daily
  • Research checks and contact banks as needed
  • Email invoice receipts
  • Filing
  • Assist Collections Manager and Collectors
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years accounts receivable and cash application experience
