Business Analyst, International Supply Chain & Logistics

Location: Chelmsford, MA

Job Summary:

Support ZOLL International Supply Chain and Logistics through the development and distribution of reports and information that hightlights the operations productivity and effectiveness in servicing our customers.  The analyst will support our users in their operations and maintenance responsibilities as well as projects undertaken by the International Supply Chain and Logistics team to strengthen business processes and in adhering to prescribed business policies. 

Essential Functions:

  • Provide support and lean initiatives related to Oracle EBS
  • Create, monitor and publish KPI reports for various international supply chain and logistics functions
  • Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirement Documents for development and implementation
  • Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing to ensure a high quality delivery of software and system updates
  • Research, design, configure, test, document and manage implementation of system changes within the international region
  • Manage the impact of transaction changes and their effects across business segments and locations involved
  • Develop validation test plans, user and system procedures and training materials for customizations, upgrades and changes within the international regions
  • Be liaison between International Supply Chain and Logistics and IT; interface and collaborate with all business groups to implement business model changes
  • Make process and system improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experience
  • Provide cross location project management support and training for process improvement Projects
  • Maintain project timelines, reporting and communication on progress

Skills Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle shipping modules
  • Ability to mine data and create performance reports
  • Ability to design and configure solutions based on changing business needs  including development of requirements
  • Experience working in a multi-org, multi-site environment
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple activities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Expert user in Excel
  • Strong analytical and training skills

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • BS in Business, IT, IE
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 5 + Business Analyst experience in Supply Chain
