This position supports the EMS business in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America and reports to the International Director of EMS Marketing. The marketing manager has the responsibility to implement strategies that grow the EMS business across all major product lines including, but not limited to, defibrillator/monitors, AEDs, CPR technologies, data products, and disposables.


Essential Functions:

  • Contribute to, and execute, positioning, marketing and messaging that aligns with corporate strategies and European EMS sales objectives in EMEAR and Latam markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including sales management, territory managers, and product management.
  • Work closely with MARCOM to localize corporate EMS marketing programs, collaterals and the like to maximize their impact and the ZOLL brand in the covered markets; create unique tools where required.
  • Continue to develop ZOLL’s understanding of the EMS opportunity in the EMEAR and Latam EMS market via activities such as market research and field visits.
  • Coordinate market-specific activities for product introductions and strategic programs.
  • Serve as a product and market expert as it relates to both ZOLL and competitors.
  • Identify and develop reference sites for EMEAR and Latam markets.
  • Plan and conduct strategic marketing events including, but not limited to, tradeshows, educational seminars and customer events.
  • Other duties as assigned, consistent with the company’s goals, objectives and interests


Skills Requirements:

  • Strong spoken and written command of English and a major European language.
  • 8 years previous experience in a marketing-related role.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization, negotiation and people skills.
  • Strong results orientation.



Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related, or clinical, program.
