This is a regional position covering the territory of Arizona, Nevada, Southern California, Central California, Northern California (south of the San Jose Bay Area).


Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate and conduct technical training on company products.
  • Educate clinicians with current scientific data
  • Drive utilization via education and training
  • Meet customer’s satisfaction through problem solving and retention activities
  • Provides product evaluation support in hospitals and other medical facilities.
  • Conducts site visits document accurately and timely in Sales Force
  • Support tradeshow and regional shows
  • Complete required administrative activities.


Skill Requirements:


  • Ability to utilize/develop tools including email or any other means available to effectively perform the required task(s).
  • Ability to understand and escalate customer issues in a timely manner to supervisor
  • Excellent follow through skills, interpersonal skills, hardworking and be detailed oriented
  • Positive attitude, responsible, dependable, reliable and dedicated.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong presentation skills and written skills
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Minimum Associates degree in Nursing
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% within your territory
  • Problem solving skills with ability to understand a complex issues and ability to influence / recommend solutions.    


Preferred Experience:


  • Knowledge of Temperature Management standards a plus
  • 2+ Nursing experience in the critical care arena; including ED, CATH lab, ICU
