Associate Marketing Manager, EMS

Job Summary:

Coordinates and implements market activities for the EMS market in North America. Works closely with sales teams, other marketing groups and product management to execute key strategies in the pre-hospital environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide sales support to the NA EMS ZOLL sales team
  • Interfaces with sales, marketing and training to ensure successful execution of marketing activities
  • Manages sales resource tools, to include the development and optimization of these tools
  • Organizes educational seminars for the EMS market
  • Produces monthly reports on key EMS marketing metrics
  • Organizes engagement activities at regional and national tradeshows in coordination with the broader marketing team
  • Supports EMS social media efforts
  • Provides sales team with competitive and technical data on a timely basis
  • Manages eLearning programs for the EMS segment
  • Collects and maintains competitive product information
  • Other duties defined by the EMS Marketing Manager that are consistent with ZOLL’s goals, objectives and interests

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Word processing, presentation preparation, and spreadsheet skills are essential; database skills a plus
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Exposure to negotiation and project management a plus
  • Strong results orientation
  • Self-starter

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, with preference for business with an emphasis in marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical marketing; capital equipment and/or pre-hospital environment preferred
