Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting all HR systems with a primary focus on system configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and auditing of data in the Human Capital Management System (Workday). The HR Systems Analyst will follow industry trends/best practices, continually research and stay up-to-date on appropriate technical innovations for Workday endeavors. This position utilizes project management methodology to assist with and/or manage projects. The analyst will, under general supervision, perform daily operations and support and analysis of all data, including but not limited to employee headcount, compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages configuration of the Workday system while providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to partner teams
  • Continually researches, tests, and stays up-to-date on all Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
  • Primary contact for questions related to how the systems works from a business and technical perspective for their specific area
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday
  • Ensures our internal customers issues and requests are addressed within a timely manner
  • Maintains up-to date- documentation and controls
  • Understands and translates the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
  • Develop and perform audit/audit schedules for their specific area

Skill Requirements:

  • Team player – develop strong relationships with team and across HR
  • Microsoft Office: proficiency in Excel required
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive matters
  • Familiarity with global HR Systems, how they structure HR information, and process HR data and transactions (Workday preferred)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Well-organized and able to multi-task
  • Strong written and oral communication with all levels of the company, globally
  • Driven toward process improvement and automation
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or Information Systems; or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in Human Capital Management systems (Workday preferred)
  • Solution orientation with strong attention to details and ability to deal with complex issues
  • Experience with data file transfers and imports
  • Project management experience preferred
