Essential Functions
Managing of APAC Tech Service Price List
Managing and housekeeping of all Service Contracts for timely renewals
Submit Service Contract renewal quotes and tracking of customers POs
Processing of approved Service Contracts into Oracle
Tracking of all Service Repair Quotation and follow up with customers on POs
Assist with Sales Tender participation on Tech Service related section
Tracking and updating of SG Install Base and Preventive Maintenance Schedules
Maintaining and updating of Operations SOPs system
Skill Requirements:
University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience, preferred
Basic understanding of business administration, documenting of ISO13485 certification
Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred
Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft O365
Strong ethics & professional integrity required
Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required.
Able to work independently and in a team, responsible and positive work attitude
Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement
Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required
