Position Summary:
As Area Sales Administration Specialist you are part of the ZOLL Itamar team that supports our customers, sales team, and managers with a variety of tasks related to contract review, product sales, fulfillment, and operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and approve all contracts – i.e., ensure account information is correct, Salesforce opportunity details match Purchase Order, quote, and agreement, etc.
- Ensure ZOLL Itamar adheres to all regulations and align with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with maintaining and updating customer data in Salesforce.
- Answer calls and emails pertaining to contract review, general customer service and sales support.
- Maintain accurate records and document policy & procedural changes.
Sales Operations:
- Partner with Sales Operations and Regional Leadership on development and distribution of reports.
- Support Sales Administration Manager on special projects.
- Execute data entry with high integrity.
- Act as coordinator between sales team, client, and it’s procurement team.
- Participate in Area calls, as requested by the Area Business Director’s.
- Document policies and procedures.
- Collaboratively identify areas for improvement in the sales operations process.
- Provide sales support in open territories, as requested from time to time by Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing
- Act as sole point of contact for a sales area in the US (excluded Pharma transactions)
Training:
- Present, as needed, Sales Operations training as part of new hire training.
- Conduct new hire follow-up training for the first 6 months after the initial training is completed.
- Educate and facilitate the sales teams on the selling process, start to finish from an operational standpoint.
- Participate and lead from time-to-time Sales Operations Quality & Assurance Sessions
Qualifications:
- BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
- (2) years of experience supporting a sales team
- Working knowledge and reporting capabilities in Salesforce
- Extensive data entry experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly organized person with exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexible to work late hours at the end of the quarter, and as needed.
Travel:
This position does not require travel.
