Job Summary

This position is responsible for the development and adoption of the remedē System in assigned markets. This individual will develop and execute a therapy awareness plan that is in alignment with the strategic priorities of Respicardia.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers (TM) and clinical support teams to achieve sales goals
  • Identify key accounts, health care professionals, and business issues that have the greatest effect on use of company products by meeting with existing and potential customers.
  • Classify clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. Determine where our therapies can be part of a comprehensive healthcare solution.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase therapy awareness that identify potential remedē patients.
  • Partner with remedē program champions to identify and remove constraints in the patient identification pathway
  • Develop and enhance key customer relationships through therapy awareness activities, sales calls, product demonstrations, educational programs, trade show participation and problem resolution.
  • Maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of successful sales and marketing experience in the fields of cardiovascular required and
  • Sleep medicine required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
  • Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary

Travel Requirements
  • 70% Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 70%
