Position Summary
The Contract Manager will assist in the process of new customer development. This role partners in finalizing and developing contracts for significant customers. You are part of the ZOLL Itamar Medical team that supports our customers, sales team, legal, IT and managers related to our product sales, fulfillment, and operations. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who is ready to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Partners with Strategic Account Team and additional Teams as needed.
Terms and Conditions, Negotiation, Risk Management for Enterprise Accounts
Medical Device/Healthcare/Pharma Experience
Comfortable with Customers/Clients/Legal
Successful demonstration of key project management skills and leadership
Highly organized and demonstrated ability to proactively plan and communicate.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including networking and negotiation skills.
Present contract information to relevant stakeholders
Liaison to Legal and IT Risk Management Teams
Qualifications:
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salesforce software experience
Extensive data entry experience
Experience with legal, perhaps even paralegal type experience
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
Strong organizational & time management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little direction, but able to collaborate with team members and clients.
Must have excellent follow up and follow through qualities, taking ownership & accountability.
Flexible to work late hours or as needed based upon region interaction.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years’ experience with contract development and legal review
Medical Device/Health Care experience a plus
