Technical Service Admin

French and English language skills are required for this role.

Job Summary:
Based in Pianceza, the Service Admin associate is responsible for tier 1 customers support and ZOLL Sales Team support

Essential Functions:
Provide tier 1 administrative and technical support functions including, but not limited to:

  • E-mail and phone customer technical support for ZOLL products
  • Entry of customer reported complaint details into claim tracking system
  • Follow up to inquiries, and ensures satisfactory customer experience
  • Order entry/order processing
  • Invoice creation/invoice processing
  • Repair and contract quotation
  • Collection and handling of service reports
  • Schedule for service activities with Third-party service suppliers
  • Spare parts/inventory support
  • KPI report to Service Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in tech service administration or equivalent roles (> 1 year)
  • Willingness to learn and open-mindedness
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Ability to work in a team and reliability
  • MS Office suite knowledge and experiene with an ERP system (Oracle or similar)
