Regional Manager, Hong Kong & Macau

Job Summary:

This position will be reporting directly to the Director, Asia Pacific Operations. The primary role of the Regional Manager, Hong Kong and Macau is to oversee the mentioned territory, achieve sales targets assigned and to develop a business structure for the assigned territory that will accelerate the company’s business.

Essential Functions:

  • Implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans assigned by company or superior.
  • Territory planning, structured calling systems, and directly support to KOLs in-country.
  • Developing new business, market research, organising evaluations of products.
  • Manage and support local customers, while identifying new channels for sales
  • Create Demand for the products and identify opportunities actively in the region
  • Support local sub-dealers to maintain focus for the range consistently
  • Manage additional products and segments when required to do so
  • Work and coordinate with ZOLL regional and global teams to meet final results and objectives
  • Meet P&L targets/budgets for the territories designated
  • Regular written reporting structured

Skill Requirements:

  • 8 or more years of sales experience, preferably in the HealthCare industry selling capital equipment.
  • Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive products
  • Strategic and customer oriented selling skills
  • Professional and ethical behavior and character
  • Organizational/Territory Time Management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in implementing strategic plans
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills internal and external customers
  • Strong commitment to company values
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Able to work independently

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A degree qualified in preferably in a business/medical/scientific field.
  • Substantial sales experience in the medical equipment and devices industry.
