Job Summary:

As a Local Contracts Team Lead at ZOLL, you will be responsible for managing the administration of Local EMS and Hospital within the Contracts Department at ZOLL. This role will supervise, train, and guide the Local Contract Specialists. You will also be involved in shaping local contract administration for future success. Provide support to Manager, North American Contracts Administration, NA Sales Management, and National Accounts.

Essential Functions:

  • Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents

  • Maintain Electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management Software

  • Independently draft 1st pass redline responses to Local Agreements as well as draft and review amendments to existing contracts utilizing common contracting methods and approved processes.

  • Review terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL's standard policies and legal requirements and elevate to appropriate levels for review

  • Assist Contract Managers with negotiations of contract terms and conditions with customers as well as ensuring the pricing integrity is maintained through conference calls, emails, etc.

  • Field calls from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding national accounts, contracts, and pricing issues

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the sales team regarding local contract content

  • Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as required

  • Manage periodic contract reporting and administrative fee payments

  • Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests

  • Support Contracts Department, National Sales Accounts, and Senior Management as needed

  • Complete other department projects as assigned by Contracts Manager

  • Supervise and provide guidance to Local Contract Specialists.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

  • 5+ years contract administration experience required

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization

  • Strong overall computer skills - high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, and the internet are essential

  • Knowledge of reporting software (i.e. Crystal) is desirable

  • Experience working with Oracle and other ERP systems a plus

  • Ability to prioritize work
